My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the harbor but were not well-maintained, with traces of dirt in various areas and a mix of old and modern furniture. The location was fantastic, right at the historic harbor of Svendborg, but the noise from cars and trucks boarding the ferry was a drawback. The dining options were good but somewhat limited, and the service was exceptional, with the receptionist Ellen Sandal being especially helpful and friendly.

The hotel room was the loveliest I've ever had the pleasure to stay in, roomy enough for my needs and mostly clean, though a mysterious odor emanated from the bathroom sink. The balcony was tired with a mix of ancient furniture and modern art, looking nothing like the hotel photos.
